The free tools

Your check-in answers, results and anything you type are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. They stay in this browser tab unless you choose to save them on this device, and you can erase them at any time.

What our providers see

Our hosting provider receives ordinary web requests, which include your IP address, and keeps short-lived technical logs. We use your approximate country, from that request, only to show the right support numbers. We don't store IP addresses.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share personal or health data, and we don't use it for advertising.
• We don't use advertising pixels or session recording.

Apps that open links inside themselves

If you open Clarity inside an app such as Instagram, that app's browser may be able to see pages you view there.

You can ask us about, correct or delete personal data we hold. Contact details will be published on the Support page before launch.
