Browsing more safely

Quick exit, at the top of every page, leaves straight away and clears this tab's answers.
If someone checks your phone, a private or incognito window keeps less history.
In Instagram or another app's browser, also close that browser (✕) when you're done. Apps that open links inside themselves may be able to see pages viewed there.
Calls and texts to services can show in your phone's call and message history. Delete them if that's safer for you.
A domestic abuse service can help you check your phone and accounts for tracking.
